Welcome To Pipeline Newfoundlands

At Pipeline Newfoundlands, our puppies receive the maximum socialization by being raised in our home as part of the family. Puppies do not leave for their new homes until they are ten weeks of age, which allows us to ensure that the right personalities go to the right homes and that appropriate initial vaccinations have been given at an age where maternal antibodies are less likely to interfere with immunity. Vaccinations and examinations are provided by a qualified veterinarian. We also request that all of our puppies new owners stay in contact with us, and are more than happy to offer continuing support through the training and growth periods of their puppy's life.

All pups and adults at Pipeline are raised on a Natural Raw Diet, a program we began using in 1986.

Crashed!

Newfoundlands are a magnificent breed. Properly trained, they are the world's greatest companion dog, but they are not the breed for everyone. If you are interested in finding out more about this wonderful breed, we would be more than happy to help you get to know them better and find out if this is truly the breed for you.

We've compiled a page of advice for folks considering buying one of our dogs which help illustrate the challenges of this wonderful breed.

If you would like more information about Newfoundland dogs or about upcoming litters, please feel free to contact us. As responsible breeders, we do not produce puppies often, so reservations are strongly recommended, and will be accepted only after a telephone "interview" and completion of our kennel application. Whenever possible, we prefer to have you come and visit before you make your final decision, as the realities of this breed, both in size and temperament, are difficult to gauge until you have actually spent some time with them. No matter where you purchase your dog, please remember that the purchase of a dog - any breed - is a commitment for the lifetime of that dog. Please consider your decision very carefully!
